• With a floor area of less than 30 square meters and ridge height of less than 4m this home office has been designed to fit under permitted development with no planning required.
• All our oak framed offices are hand crafted and made from grown in Britain (GIB) QPA1 grade structural green oak .
• The main frame is acompanied with softwood studs and roofing members infill
• The ideal solution in separating work from home when working from home is now the new norm
• Each home office produced by Simply Oak is hand crafted using traditional jointing techniques.

Direct glazing & toughened glass

• A direct glazing technique is used which means the glazing unit sits within the apertures of the oak frame.
• On either side of the glazing unit we seal the makeup with industry leading compriband polyurethane expanding glazing tape
• Finished off with kiln dried oak glazing beading on either side of that.
• We Utilise 24mm toughened argon gas filled double glazing units.
• Also included is a full set of clear, easy-to-follow kit assembly instructions.
